Cinnamon Hazelnut flavored coffee with a medium roast. A blend of single origin coffees, lightly flavored with natural flavorings.
Start with a plain sip in your regular brewer, then decide about milk and sweetener. Choose whole bean to grind for your method or drip ground for convenience.
Cinnamon and hazelnut worked this out without mediation.
Ingredients: Coffee, natural flavorings.
Try something new
These optional serving ideas use ingredients you add at home.
A honey-and-milk morning cup
Stir a little honey into warm brewed coffee, then add warm milk to taste. Try a plain sip first so you can choose how much sweetness you want.
A coffee ice-cube refresher
Let brewed coffee cool completely, then freeze it in an ice-cube tray. Add the coffee cubes to cold milk for a drink that becomes more coffee-forward as the cubes melt.
Cinnamon Hazelnut flavored coffee for a change from your everyday cup. Try it plain first, then let your taste decide about milk and sweetener.
About $1.53 per brew (one-time price; 20 g coffee; 320 g water)

Piper’s Field Notes
This medium roast combines a blend of single origin coffees with natural flavorings. Cinnamon Hazelnut names the intended flavor. It is different from tasting notes on an unflavored coffee, which describe impressions noticed in the cup. We have not identified a specific farm for this blend. Your mug has changed the subject; your morning routine can stay put.
Dr. Roast’s Brew Lab
Start with your drip machine and your usual measured recipe so you can judge the Cinnamon Hazelnut flavor. If you enjoy a cleaner texture, compare it in a paper filter brewer such as a Chemex, using whole bean and a medium coarse grind. A French press uses a metal filter and keeps more oils and fine particles in the cup. Taste each brew before adding anything and change one thing at a time. This is a coffee comparison, not a kitchen appliance audition.

Meet the simple brewers
Drip: Water passes through grounds and a filter. Your existing machine is a useful place to start.
French press: Grounds steep in water, then a metal filter separates them. More oils and fine particles remain, giving a fuller texture. Use a coarse grind.
Chemex: A manual pour over brewer with a paper filter that catches oils and fine particles. Try it if you enjoy a clearer texture. Use a medium coarse grind.
AeroPress: A small manual brewer where coffee steeps before gentle pressing through a filter. Follow the recipe for your model. It is different from an espresso machine.
A scale and timer: Measuring coffee and water by weight, and keeping track of time, helps you repeat a cup you enjoyed. Change one thing at a time. A better routine can come before another purchase.
Count the Beans
Compare the sizes below at the same coffee dose. Milk and sweetener are separate from these coffee estimates. Choose a bag that fits your brewing routine and how quickly you will use it. A larger bag is useful when it gets brewed, rather than promoted to permanent cupboard resident.
Standard shipping is included within all 50 U.S. states. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Example: 20 g coffee with 320 g water per brew. Estimated cost is the bag price divided by its net coffee weight, multiplied by 20 g. Your mug size and recipe change the yield; this is not a guaranteed cup count. Milk and other additions are separate.
